1. Introduction

By placing an order with labastore ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before purchasing. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

2. Orders and payments

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud).
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due at the time of delivery. Refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in restricted access to future COD orders.
Card payments are processed securely through PayHere and are subject to their terms.

3. Delivery

We deliver to all 25 districts in Sri Lanka.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, road closures, etc.).
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being reachable by phone.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items. See our Returns Policy for full details.

5. Product information

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. If a product significantly differs from its description, you are entitled to a return under our returns policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on labastore (text, images, design) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, labastore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
