Orders
Do I need an account to order?
No — labastore is guest checkout only. Just fill in your details at checkout and you're done.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually make changes. Once it's on its way we can't cancel it.
How do I track my order?
Go to /orders/lookup, enter your mobile number and order number to see your current order status.
What is the maximum quantity per item?
Currently 10 units per product per order. For bulk orders, contact us on WhatsApp.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) and card payments via PayHere (Visa / Mastercard). COD is available on all orders.
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere in Sri Lanka?
Yes — COD is available across all 25 districts.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. Card payments are handled by PayHere, a PCI-DSS compliant Sri Lankan payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged immediately when you place the order. If the payment fails, your order is not created.
Shipping
How much does delivery cost?
Rs. 350 for Colombo, Rs. 450 for Western Province, Rs. 650 for the rest of Sri Lanka. Free shipping on orders over Rs. 5,000.
How long does delivery take?
Colombo orders usually arrive same or next business day. Outstation orders take 2–4 business days.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We dispatch Monday–Saturday. Deliveries to outstation areas happen on weekdays only.
Returns
What is your return policy?
7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items.
How do I start a return?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days. We'll arrange a pickup.
How long do refunds take?
3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Products
Are the products genuine?
Yes — we source only authentic products. If you ever receive something that seems off, contact us immediately.
What categories do you sell?
Audio gear, skincare, and activewear / athleisure. We're adding new categories regularly.
Can I request a product that's not listed?
Absolutely. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know if we can source it for you.
