7-day return policy
If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
How to return
Contact us within 7 days
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
We review and approve
We'll confirm within 24 hours whether your return is approved and arrange a pickup.
Send the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Our rider will collect it from your address.
Refund or exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or send the replacement within 3 business days.
We accept returns for
- · Item arrived damaged or defective
- · Wrong item sent (different from what you ordered)
- · Item is significantly different from the product description
- · Item arrived with missing parts or accessories
We don't accept
- · Change of mind after delivery
- · Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- · Items without original packaging
- · Earphones / in-ear products opened from sealed packaging (hygiene)
- · Skincare products opened from sealed packaging
- · Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Refund method
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or cash (for COD orders) within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item. We'll confirm the refund details over WhatsApp.
