How to Track Your labastore Order
Placed an order and wondering where it is? Here's everything you need to know about checking your delivery status.
Once you place an order with us, you'll receive a confirmation SMS with your order number — it starts with LBS-. That's all you need to track your delivery.
How to check your status
- Go to /orders/lookup on our site
- Enter your order number (LBS-XXXXX) and mobile number
- Your current status and estimated delivery will show instantly
Order statuses explained
- Pending — we've received your order and are preparing it
- Confirmed — your order is packed and ready for dispatch
- Shipped — your order is with our rider
- Delivered — completed successfully
Tip: Once your order is shipped, our rider will call you directly before arriving. Make sure your mobile number is reachable.
